Seized vehicle

Officers have sighted a suspicious male driving a silver Golf in and around the Church Lane area of Manchester. Officers have tried to speak to the driver and he has failed to stop leading to a short pursuit around the area. The suspect has fled on foot and officers have seized the vehicle.
